This policy describes how Atakent-Expo and its website collect, use and protect the personal data of exhibition visitors, participants and partners.

1. General provisions

The personal data operator is Atakent-Expo International Exhibition Company LLP (the "Company"). Its details are given at the end of this document.
Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" No. 94-V of May 21, 2013.
By submitting a form on the website you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your data on the terms set out below.

First and last name
Phone number (including the one used in WhatsApp)
E-mail address
Country, city and company name (if you provide them)
The selected exhibition, request type and the text of your message
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type — to protect forms from spam and keep the website running

Registering visitors and participants and issuing e-tickets
Handling requests and inquiries about participation and the rental of pavilions and stands
Informing you about the Company's exhibitions and events — only with your consent
Complying with legal requirements

We write and call only to people who have given their consent — in a form on the website, during a phone conversation or in another way that allows the consent to be confirmed.
Channels: WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail and phone calls. For WhatsApp we use the official WhatsApp Business platform (Meta Platforms); messages are sent using approved templates.
Message content: exhibition presentations and programs, invitations, registration confirmations and event reminders.
You can opt out at any time: reply "STOP" to a message, write to info@atakentexpo.kz or tell us by phone. After you opt out we stop sending messages within 3 business days.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf: communication operators and messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business / Meta Platforms, SMS providers), hosting and e-mail services.
Data may be disclosed to government authorities upon their request in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you withdraw your consent, unless the law requires otherwise.
We apply organizational and technical safeguards: restricted employee access, secure HTTPS connection and protection of forms from automated submissions.

You may obtain information about the data we process, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent to data processing and to receiving messages at any time.
To do so, write to info@atakentexpo.kz — we will reply within the time limits set by law.
